Step back in time and experience the Old West come to life! On Saturday morning, authentic chuckwagon crews will fire up their wagons and compete in a traditional Chuckwagon Cook-Off, just like it was done on the range during cattle drives. These skilled cooks will prepare a full meal the old-fashioned way—open flames, cast iron, and cowboy grit. It’s a true taste of history you don’t want to miss!

Wagons will be set up alongside the main pavilion on Thursday and Friday, giving spectators a close-up view of this unique cowboy tradition.
