A Legacy of Fellowship and Service
The Old Timer’s Association isn’t just a name—it’s a legacy. Their presence during the Reunion is felt through heartfelt hospitality, treasured memories, and a warm welcome to all who stop by the Bunkhouse or Roundup Hall.
Each day of the Reunion, the Old Timer’s Association helps host a lineup of meaningful events that bring folks together, feed the soul (and stomach), and honor the past.
🍽️ Daily Rodeo Lunches
Held at the Bunkhouse and Roundup Hall, these lunches are open to the public and served with a side of fellowship. Local sponsors generously provide ingredients, and the Old Timer’s team serves it up with a smile. From brisket sandwiches to 100% Angus burgers, these meals are a staple of Reunion week.
Lunch Hours: July 2–4, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM
Location: Bunkhouse
☕ Coffee & Fellowship
Saturday morning kicks off with Coffee & Fellowship at the Bunkhouse. It’s a quiet moment to gather, share stories, and enjoy cinnamon rolls with neighbors and friends before the day gets rolling.
Saturday, July 5 at 8:00 AM
🎶 Gospel Singing & Memorial Service
Also on Saturday, the Old Timer’s Association hosts two powerful gatherings:
Gospel Singing from 9:00–9:30 AM
Memorial Service from 9:30–10:30 AM
Both are held at the Bunkhouse and led by longtime members and community leaders. These moments of reflection and faith remind us of the values the TCR was built on.
🎻 The Fiddlers Contest
Held at the Roundup Hall at 11:00 AM on Saturday, this free, family-friendly event showcases musical talent from across the region. The Old Timer’s Association helps coordinate the event, ensuring the sound of the fiddle continues to ring out during the Reunion.
💛 Keeping the Spirit Alive
In addition to their active role during Reunion week, the Old Timer’s Association is dedicated to honoring former members and preserving the cowboy way of life through year-round support, planning, and mentorship. Their efforts ensure that the TCR remains not just a rodeo—but a homecoming.
